Episode 22: It’s 11:11, Make A Wish.

It's 11:11, make a wish as you saunter beneath jacaranda trees and stop in at the neighborhood library.

The wild excitement of a Friday afternoon, the entire weekend ahead of you, ripe for the taking.

When someone sends you an article or a story and says, “This made me think of you.”

The gurgling sound that water makes coming up out of the garden hose, when you start watering a garden on a hot day.

Seeing a very silly dog walking down the street, prancing about and loving life.

Setting a boundary, being honest about what you need, saying what’s on your mind.

The moon so large on the horizon, it makes you gasp, you look around, wishing you could capture the moment and then just let yourself enjoy it for what it is.

Friends from out of town coming to stay for the weekend.

Watching your breath puff out like smoke when it’s cold outside.

The pop you can hear when you finally unseal a new jar of jam.

When you get to the platform just as your train is arriving and you walk on without even having to pause for a moment.

When you pay for one snack but the vending machine gives you two.

Jacaranda trees with purple flowers lining the street where you live, showering you like confetti when you walk.

The moment your eye catches the clock and you see that it’s exactly 11:11, make a wish!

These little neighborhood libraries that look like bird houses with the door, filled up with books.

When someone asked you to take a picture of them and you do your very best to capture the moment the way that you’d want it to be captured for yourself.

Jumping from a hot tub into a very cold pool.

Finding a parking spot where the meter has already been paid for the next next few hours.

Putting on fresh socks right out of the package.

When you feel strongly about something - one way or another, it’s a gift to know your own mind.
